After attempts to clean the grout ourselves, using every concoction known to man, we decoded to go with a professional cleaning service. We obtained three estimates from reputable companies. From the minute that “The Groutsmith” arrived at our home, their level of professionalism and customer service were obvious. The work they did can only be described as amazing!!! The entire floor looks like a brand new floor. They are professional, polite and extremely capable of cleaning tile floors. They answered every question and explained the process in great detail. This company completely restored my shower and other tile in master bathroom. Owner Grant and staff were professional and most of all returned a second time, without any hesitation, to touch up a few spots. I love my bathrooms! GroutSmith did an excellent job replacing and sealing the grout in my bathrooms. Grant and Jan were awesome! They were professional , honest, and kind during the entire process. I moved into a house with a COMPLETELY FILTHY shower that was impossible to clean. The previous owners had actually painted over the tile and grout and caulked over the mold and mildew to make it LOOK like it was clean. But in a short time I was grossed out just to step into it, it was so horrible. A BIG job. I called several people from Yelp. A couple gave me estimates from pictures I sent them, which didn’t set well with me. The other two came and looked and told me what they would do and gave estimates. The ONLY one that said he could make EVERYTHING look better was Grant Goka from Groutsmith. When he came to look at the shower he was extremely personable and even put booties over his shoes to keep my floor clean when he walked in! After he told me that he could address every issue I hired Groutsmith and I am not one bit displeased with the end result. My shower looks like brand new! It’s amazing. I have no idea how he got it all so clean because I have tried EVERY toxic product on the market, with brushes and soaps and cleansers, to no avail. I even used sandpaper on some spots! Nothing worked…but THANKS TO GRANT AND GROUTSMITH I actually have a beautifully clean and white shower, tile, grout lines, doors and aluminum….EVERYTHING spotless! You can’t lose with this company! THANKS!

This is the best company… Grant is so good at what he does! My floors had an install problem. The guy said the grout had not dried…not true he mixed two batches and it was just not the same. I was planning to replace the tile but could not find the right color. So,there is the ad in the Temecula Quarterly that is the answer to my problem! The Groutsmith! Grant came out at the time he stated. Showed me what he could do… one week later I was the happiest woman in Redhawk! Problem solved. Grant’s work ethic is higher than Mt Whitney! I plan to have him do my family room in the future. Presently we are working on a project in my bathroom!

This is an amazing company, one of the gentleman was Albert, not sure of the other guy, they worked for hours and our floor looks brand new!!! The company had mis quoted and stuck by what they quoted. Lots of respect for them, they did the right thing. Thank you so much for our new tile, you did a great job!!!!

I live in the Temecula area and called the Groutsmith for cleaning and resealing of my floors. Wow I did not realize how dirty they were! Grant came out and provided a free estimate and we matched some coloring prior to him coming out and cleaning the floors. Amazing not only do my floors looks brand new, Grant was great to work with! Professional, courteous and showed up on time! I would definitely recommend to anyone looking to make your tile look like new! I will definitely be having them come back in the future!
